applies to calls made from payphones.
A weekly maintenance fee between forty nine and sixty nine cents may
apply. A five percent communication fee may apply. A disconnection fee of

will apply on all
international calls after the second one. A 20¢
surcharge may apply to
all calls exceeding fifteen minutes in duration. Card
expires 3 months from the first use. Applicable
tax and surcharges may apply. Application of surcharges and fees may have
the effect of reducing total minutes actually received on the card from
